You don't need to know any secrets to make money online! You can

Photography My brother John has been a professional
photographer for over 30 years, and specializes in stock photos, funny
animal pictures for greeting cards, and holiday gifts such as caps,
mugs, t-shirts and the like. I've only recently put his site together, and it will be rocketing up
in the search engine results over the next few months. As of two
weeks ago it was getting virtually no traffic at all...maybe a few
hundred visitors a month. It's been less than a month since I took
his new site live, and we are already seeing visitors over the last week
that equates to more than two thousand
visitors a month and it's climbing fast. John's site does have some important things going for it that a brand
new site does not. For one thing it has been online since 1997.
The longer a site has been active, the more Google trusts that it is not
a spam or other type of nefarious enterprise. Another thing
he has is links. Unfortunately the links he has don't carry a lot
of value for the keywords he is focusing on, but just the fact that he
has a couple of hundred links gives Google and the other engines some
basis for ranking his site well. UPDATE! It's now mid-May 2009, and John's website traffic is
now up to about 6,000 unique visitors a month. We did his site

get those one way links that are so desirable. After Google finds you page along with a few thousand others that are
well optimized for a particular subject, it looks to the links to see
which ones are the most relevant to the keywords being searched for.
If you have no links you loose. Incoming links are extremely
important. Here's a short meta tag tutorial... Meta tags are HTML tags that are located in the "head" section of
your web page. Meta tags tell the search engine and your browser
some valuable information. The most important meta tags are
the title tags. The title of your page should tell your visitors
and the search engines what your site is about and perhaps where it is. Another set of important meta tags are the "description" tags.
This is where Google often gets it's snippet of text that goes under the
title on the search results page. This tag should be written with
getting the searcher to come to your site. Work in your important
keywords too. There are other tags that can tell the engines whether or not to
follow your links, index the page etc., but if you get the title tags
and description tags right you've probably done enough. The
"keywords" tag is pretty much useless and not used by the major engines. There are all sorts of ways to implement website promotion. I
will explore getting your site listed in directories, how to set up a
good email signature, how to go about effectively using article
marketing for promoting your site and other ways to increase your
website traffic. Web 2.0 or social networking as it is known will be explored to see
